Milan Shetti, President
Milan Shetti serves as President of IBRIX, presiding on all day-to-day operations of the company. Milan has been with the company since 2006 and prior to his appointment as President, Milan served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, responsible for product marketing, product management, technical marketing, and the tactical and strategic execution of all marketing and business development activities at IBRIX. Previously in his seven year tenure at Sun Microsystems, he held several technical and business leadership roles in the Network Storage group. As the Technical Director, Milan also ran the technology office for the Network Storage division in the Data Management Group at Sun Microsystems. Milan has an extensive technical background in NAS, parallel file serving and the storage space, and has contributed to storage industry standards efforts. He holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
Sudhir Srinivasan, Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer
Sudhir Srinivasan brings over twelve years of experience in architecture, design and development of complex computer software systems to IBRIX. As a senior architect in the network storage division at EMC Corporation, he was responsible for establishing industry performance leadership for EMC's file server products. Sudhir has extensive experience both internally, managing teams, and externally, managing customer relations and building products that meet customer needs. He has several patents pending and awarded in file system design and storage technology, has published several journal articles and papers in the area of parallel computing, and has served on industry panels in the areas of network file systems, iSCSI, and others. He has also served as Chairman of the Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation Committee on File Server Performance. Sudhir earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
Michael Centrella, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations
Michael Centrella is in charge of worldwide field operations for IBRIX. Michael's most recent responsibilities prior to IBRIX were as Vice President of North American Operations at FireEye and Vice President of Global Partnerships at Aruba Networks. Michael is also the founder and principal of Momentum Technology Partners, a company that provides business, technology and investment consulting services to the portfolio companies of Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. Previously Michael was the CEO and founder of Merlot Communications and he held a variety of executive positions at Avidia Systems, FORE Systems, Kalpana, 3Com, Texas Instruments and Vonage.
Michael holds a number of advisory positions at early-stage companies and is a member of the IEEE. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Fordham University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from C.W. Post College.
Martin Kane, Treasurer and Vice President of Finance and Administration
Martin Kane serves as Treasurer and Vice President of Finance and Administration, responsible for developing and managing the financial metrics of IBRIX while directing the finance, accounting, information technology and human resources functions. Marty was a founding employee of Surebridge, where he was instrumental in raising over $40 million in venture funding, led the seamless integration of seven acquisitions, and played a key role in a successful liquidity event valued in excess of $100 million. Previously, he was the accounting manager of Sager Electronics, where he was responsible for establishing processes that allowed the company to grow organically from $60 million to $300 million in a three-year period. Marty has over 10 years of experience in several venture-backed Massachusetts high tech companies. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and holds a B.S. in accountancy from Northeastern University and an MST from Suffolk University.
Larry Marsan, Vice President, Customer Service
Larry Marsan has over twenty years of experience in the computer service industry, focusing primarily on data management and storage. He has held a number of executive positions in the customer support and professional services area, most recently serving as Vice President of Professional Services at StorageNetworks, a storage management and consulting services company, where he was responsible for building their storage management consulting and training organization. Prior to joining StorageNetworks, Larry served as Vice President of Services at Praxis International, a data replication and management company that was acquired by Lakeview Technology, where he was responsible for consulting services, customer support, sales support, and training. Larry is a graduate of Central New England College.
Kevin Shea, Vice President, Engineering
Kevin Shea is responsible for leading the IBRIX software development team. He has over twenty years of experience in building high performance enterprise software products. Prior to joining IBRIX, Kevin led the software development organization at Centrepath, a provider of network management software for circuits that cross the storage and optical networking domains. Prior to Centrepath, he was Vice President of Engineering at Lakeview Technology where he led the development of heterogeneous data base replication software. He has also held leadership and engineering positions in data base kernels in the OLTP and OLAP areas. Kevin holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University.
Brad Winett, Vice President of Alliances
Brad Winett is Vice President of Alliances for IBRIX and is responsible for the company’s partnerships with complementary technology providers within its target markets, including independent software and hardware vendors. Brad most recently served as Vice President of Business Development with Exavio, a data storage infrastructure company developing a large-scale network caching switch. Prior to Exavio, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for DataDirect Networks, a provider of storage and clusters for HPC and Rich Media. During his ten years with the company, he spearheaded DataDirect's entry into the supercomputing, media, and content distribution markets. Prior to joining DataDirect Networks, Brad managed major account sales for Hewlett-Packard and was a member of the technical staff at Hughes Aircraft Company.
